At Aevi we are striving to reduce our carbon footprint for a healthier planet. We work with vendors who are sustainably conscious whenever possible. Whether it’s in their formulations, their manufacturing & waste practices, or their packaging practices, our vendors commitment to sustainability is important to us. We hope sharing the sustainability practices of our main product suppliers makes you will feel good about the haircare, skincare and clothing you purchase from Aevi.

Here are a few of our key vendors & the steps they are taking towards sustainability:

ORIBE Luxury Haircare

Oribe's Mantra – Big Performance, Small Footprint
Sustainability goes beyond the paper. They print cartons using eco-friendly, plant-based inks.

Low-Impact Formulation Goals
Whenever they touch products in their life cycles or develop new ones, they systematically check all options to reduce their environmental footprint.

Sustainable Packaging Goals
With a 4R packaging program (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Replace), they are decreasing the environmental impact of packaging step-by-step. And introducing new solutions that minimize waste and support a circular material flow.

Manufacturing & Waste Goals
In line with their vision of becoming a climate neutral company, they are fostering a variety of solutions for net-zero carbon manufacturing. They support the decarbonization of warehousing operations and are moving towards reusing, recycling or recovering all their waste on a global basis.

Dermalogica Professional Skincare

Dermalogica believes the choices they make every day are directly linked to our planet’s health. As a global brand, they’re acutely aware of the impact that our actions can have on the environment, and are committed to an ambitious new Healthy Skin, Healthy Planet initiative.

By 2025 Dermalogica will meet or surpass the following Sustainability Goals:
✓90% of ingredients will be sustainably sourced*
✓100% of tubes, bottles, and boxes will be designed to be reused, recycled, and/or composted
✓The majority of the plastic in their packaging will be derived from recycled material or plant-based material**
✓They’ll partner primarily with suppliers who monitor and manage their carbon footprint***
✓Their Clear Start sub-brand will also meet or surpass these Healthy Skin, Healthy Planet targets by 2025.
✓They are recognized cruelty-free by PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) and Leaping Bunny. Certified vegan on all but 2 products, Sheer Tint SPF20 and MultiVitamin Power Serum.
✓ They have been clean since 1986. Formulas are free of artificial colors and fragrances, mineral oil, lanolin, S.D. alcohol, parabens and microplastics.
✓FSC certified
✓Going forward, all paper and cartons used are FSC certified (forest Stewardship certified) to be sustainable for forests.
✓Manufactured in California, which boasts some of the world’s strongest environmental and consumer protections.

SOIA & KYO

Accelerating Sustainable Efforts Across the Brand
With the inclusion of environmentally conscious materials designed into their products, they have reimagined the most coveted lightweight down and loungewear categories. You can find loungewear made with LENZING™ ECOVERO™, recycled nylon made from post-industrial yarn and waste fabric, recycled polyester fabric and filling made from recycled PET bottles.

Manufactured only from certified and controlled wood sources and produced with significantly lower fossil energy use and water than generic viscose, LENZING™ ECOVERO™ branded viscose fibers give you confidence your fashion choices are environmentally responsible and have a low environmental impact. You can find it in their SUSTAINABLE LOUNGEWEAR and COATIGANS.

Sustainable Wood & Pulp Sourcing 
The fibers are produced using pulp, which is derived from the renewable resource wood as raw material. Lenzing purchases wood and pulp derived from responsibly managed forests and certified to come from sustainable sources.

Up to 50% Lower Emissions & Water Impact than Generic Viscose
The manufacturing of fibers generates up to 50% lower emissions and water impact compared to generic Viscose.

Nylon fabric is one of the strongest plastic materials they use and is vital for our lightweight down fabric to keep its strength and performance in outerwear use. Their New Sherpa fabric is made from recycled PET bottles, diverting plastic from landfills into a recycling cycle.

Using recycled polyester reduces greenhouse gas emissions from manufacturing, while promoting new recycling streams for polyester clothing. You can find it in their SHERPA and LIGHTWEIGHT DOWNS
